Inspired by re-watching Pokémon: Indigo League, I decided to make a list of my favourite Pokémon (from gen 1 of course!)
Growing up I was absolutely obsessed with Pokémon. My sister and I were mad on collecting all of the cards, and we even tried to make our own Pokéballs out of shells from Kinder Egg toys! Safe to say, they turned out more like Poké-ovals but at least the effort was there! Years later, and I may have stopped wearing a baseball cap backwards pretending to be Ash Ketchum, but my love for Pokémon is still strong.
Here are my favourite ten Pokemon from Generation 1.
I seem to be in a bit of a tag mood at the moment as I’ve done a lot of tag posts in the last few months. So, keeping up with the tradition… here’s another one!
Today I’ll be answering the Disney personality tag questions! I’ve seen this floating around for a fair while and I think the concept is super cool so I thought I’d give it a go. Feel free to get involved if you’d like to use the questions.
We’ve all been there. Those days where you want nothing more than to have a reading session and get through your book pile when suddenly, the dreaded reading slump hits! So, how can you push through and get back into the mindset to read?
If you know me, follow me on social media or are a regular blog reader, you’ll know I read… a lot! However, getting in the mood to read and doing so isn’t always so easy! Here are my tips for busting out of a reading slump and getting back on track with your reading schedule.
A few weeks ago my lovely sister, mum, my sister’s best friend Jasmine and me went to see Wicked! I’ve always heard such amazing things about this musical but I had never been to see it before!
The show was at the Apollo Theatre, just outside Victoria station, and despite not knowing too much about the musical itself, it definitely didn’t disappoint!
My lovely friend and fellow blogger Megan Griffin (yes, that is her real name!) was invited to an exclusive blogger event at the Be At One cocktail bar in Brighton, and she was kind enough to invite me along as her plus one!
Be At One are a chain of cocktail bars in the UK, and the one in Brighton is incredible! Located not 5 minutes walk from the pavilion, it boasts and amazing location AND a killer cocktail menu. I’ve been to Be At One on many a drunken night out before, but this was my first time trying their new cocktail menu, and it really didn’t disappoint!
